1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IAS AutoEmail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IAS AutoEmail is an AI-powered email automation platform that helps businesses monitor, classify, and respond to emails. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email replies and requires active internet connection and valid email credentials.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free plans are available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Token System

AI-generated replies consume tokens. Token balances reset monthly. When tokens are depleted, auto-reply functionality is paused until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for spam or unsolicited emails, violate any applicable laws, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated replies are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outgoing emails. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
